I worked as the Project Lead for Amphubris, my Junior Game Design & Production Project. As the lead of this project, I led a full class of around 15 students in bringing a game from concept to full completion in the span of 6 months. I coordinated schedules by major feature milestone goals, created and assigned tasks, ran and organized full team meetings, helped create official documentation, and also provided various assets (3D models, audio, 2D art) to aid in the production of this unique 2D platformer!

Here are additional tools used for production planning, including a Term 1 timeline example and our Trello Kanban board (later switched to GitHub’s project management due to team size increases and general organization purposes).
I planned out the major features needed alongside bugs that needed fixing each week, providing details on every aspect of the project’s progress throughout playtesting sessions. As development progressed, more issues and minor tasks emerged. As project lead I focused on ensuring workloads were manageable and feasible while still pushing the team to go above and beyond!
